Installation
How long does installation take?
Typical installation takes 2-4 hours depending on the complexity. We offer same-day installation service for most areas in Lagos.
What's included in the installation package?
Our installation includes dish mounting, decoder setup, cable management, signal optimization, and a 1-year warranty on workmanship.
Do I need any special equipment?
We provide all necessary equipment including the dish, LNB, decoder, and cables. You only need a TV with HDMI or AV input.
Subscriptions
How do I renew my subscription?
You can renew through us via phone, WhatsApp, or in-person at any of our branches. We also accept bank transfers and mobile money.
Can I change my package mid-subscription?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time. The new package takes effect immediately for upgrades, or at the next renewal for downgrades.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfers, POS payments, and mobile money (OPay, Palmpay, Moniepoint, etc.).
Maintenance & Support
What if I lose signal?
Signal loss can be caused by weather, dish misalignment, or technical issues. Contact our 24/7 support line and we'll diagnose the problem remotely or dispatch a technician if needed.
Is the warranty transferable?
Yes, our 1-year installation warranty is transferable if you move to a new location within our service area. Relocation fees may apply.
Do you offer emergency repairs?
Yes! We provide 24/7 emergency repair services. Additional charges may apply for after-hours service calls.

Do you serve areas outside Lagos?
Yes! We have branches in Lagos and Abuja, and we can arrange installations in most major cities across Nigeria.
Can I get a discount for multiple installations?
Absolutely! We offer special rates for bulk installations (hotels, apartment buildings, offices). Contact us for a custom quote.
What's the difference between DSTV and GOTV?
DSTV offers more channels and premium content including international sports and movies. GOTV is more budget-friendly with a focus on local Nigerian content. Both offer excellent quality.
